Whether you're planning a birthday, family get-together or just getting a group together for some arcade time, we have two ways to book.

OPTION 2

PRIVATE VENUE BOOKING

Want DropBear HQ to yourselves?

Private bookings give your group exclusive use of the venue while we are closed to the public.

10–25 people

Private Booking Pricing

$50 private booking fee

plus

1 Hour — $20 per person
2 Hours — $30 per person

The private booking fee covers opening the venue exclusively for your group and providing reserved table space.

BYO food is welcome with private bookings.

When Are Private Bookings Available?

Private bookings are available:

Weekdays — by arrangement
Weekends — outside our normal public opening hours
For example, before opening or after closing

Times are subject to availability, so contact us to discuss what works for your group.

GROUP BOOKING DURING PUBLIC HOURS

Enjoy the arcade during our normal opening hours.

5–15 people

Arcade Entry

1 Hour — $15 per person
2 Hours — $22 per person

Want a Table Reserved for Your Group?

Add a reserved table for $20 per booking.

We'll set up and hold a table specifically for your group for the duration of your booking.

You are welcome to use our tables without reserving one, but during public hours they remain available to other customers and cannot be guaranteed for your group.

BYO food is welcome when you reserve a table.

Our café remains open during your booking for drinks, snacks and other purchases.

WHICH BOOKING SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Choose a Group Booking if:
You have 5–15 people and are happy to visit while the arcade is open to other customers.

Choose a Private Booking if:
You have 10–25 people and want exclusive use of DropBear HQ.
